Zum ersten Mal fand vom 24.-26. März 2026 in Paderborn das Symposium zur hybriden Intelligenz in der Produkt- und Produktionsentwicklung statt. Während des dreitägigen Symposiums wurde der wissenschaftliche Diskurs von der Frage geleitet sein, wie nicht nur hybride Entscheidungsunterstützung, sondern hybride Intelligenz im Allgemeinen zur Leistungssteigerung in der Produktentstehung eingesetzt werden kann. Aufgenommen wurden dabei sowohl Ansätze aus den Ingenieurwissenschaften als auch Ansätze aus der Informatik, die im Kontext der Produktentstehung Anwendung finden. Gemeinsam wurden Potenziale und möglichen Grenzen diskutiert, um wegweisende Erkenntnisse für die Weiterentwicklung des Forschungsfeldes zu schaffen.
